Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Support application and new product development
- Conduct application studies with premixes, encapsulated, spray-dried, and other new ingredients
- Hands-on experience in bakery, confectionery, and beverage products
- Ensure compliance with regional safety and GMP standards
- Provide support for formulated products
- Maintain documentation of lab trials, BMR, reports, analytical reports, sample dispatch, audits, and other day-to-day work requirements
- Maintain calibration of lab instruments and equipment
