1. Protein Characterization - Analytical
Qualifications: Ph.D./M.Tech/MS.Pharm/M.Sc (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences)
Experience: 1-12 years
Skills Required:
- Industrial hands-on experience in protein characterization including HPLC, structural, and biochemical techniques.
- Analytical method development, validation, technology transfer activity, and scientific report writing.
2. Upstream Process
Qualifications: Ph.D./M.Tech/MS.Pharm/M.Sc (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences)
Experience: 1-12 years
Skills Required:
- Handling mammalian cell culture process and microbial fermentation.
- Equipment such as Bioreactors, CEDEX Bioanalyzer.
- Mammalian cell lines handling, cell bank preparation, media scouting, and process optimization.
3. Downstream Processing and Antibody Drug Conjugate
Qualifications: Ph.D./M.Tech/MS.Pharm/M.Sc (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences)
Experience: 1-12 years
Skills Required:
- Protein purification techniques: centrifugation, depth filtration, lab scale column purification, ultrafiltration/diafiltration.
- Equipment: AKTA Avant, AKTA Pure, AKTA Pilot, Automatic TFF system, Isolator, Membrane chromatography.
- ADC at small-scale and pilot scale.
4. PK/PD/Immunogenicity
Qualifications: Ph.D./M.Tech/MS.Pharm/M.Sc (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences)
Experience: 1-12 years
Skills Required:
- Development, validation, and execution of PK/PD/Immunogenicity/Nab assays (ELISA/CLIA/MSD).
- Support for pre-clinical and clinical studies in a GLP setup.
- Animal handling and preparation of regulatory documents.
