Experience: 2-10 years of relevant experience in the CRO industry

1. Scientific Manager
2. Senior Scientific Manager
3. Principal Scientific Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of 5-15 FTEs
2. Provide scientific guidance and direction to team members
3. Manage resources and costs effectively
4. Monitor and review project progress to ensure timely delivery
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
6. Conduct regular scientific review meetings and provide feedback
7. Train and mentor team members
