Skills required:

• Executing chemical reactions in mg to gm scale and to synthesize required quantities of molecules/compounds as per client specifications using efficient routes and techniques.

• Purification of compounds, compound interpretation, and characterization of peptides using analytical techniques like NMR, LCMS, HPLC.

• Solid phase/ Solution phase peptide synthesis.

• Handling diverse resins for peptide synthesis and peptide modification (cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, derivatization, etc.)

• Experience in handling automated peptide synthesizers and peptide purification is desirable.

• Expertise in writing Electronic Lab Notebook.
