Positions: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate - Process R&D
Qualification: MSc in Organic Chemistry
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle own experiments and monitor reactions with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of named reactions and reaction mechanisms
- Proficiency in spectroscopy, Proton NMR, H-NMR, Mass
- Conducting lab validation experiments, compiling data, and preparing batch/development reports
- Adherence to online documentation, quality standards, safety standards, and delivery timelines
- Meeting project timelines, RMC, and quality parameters
- Online maintenance of GLP and documentation as appropriate
- Hands-on experience in handling impurity profiling and in-process controls
