1. Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive - Engineering (Injectables/Vaccine)

Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation)

Experience: 1 to 10 years

Skills:

• MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE: Experience in managing breakdowns and performing preventive maintenance on Vial Washing Filling, Capping, Autoclave, and Labelling Machines, Jacketed Vessels, Lyophilizers, Bioreactors, WFI Coolers, Centrifuges, Glassware Washers, Media & Pooling Vessels, TFF,-70°C Deep Freezers, Biosafety Cabinets, Seales, Blending Equipment, Packing Lines, Auto Cartonators, Auto Optical Testing Machines, and CIP/SIP Systems.
• INSTRUMENTATION MAINTENANCE: Able to manage shift operations for instrumentation tasks such as BMS, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, AMC, and interim projects. This includes reviewing the completion status of breakdowns, calibrations, and preventive maintenance work, as well as handling basic troubleshooting in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) systems.
• HVAC & UTILITIES: 
• Maintenance of cold rooms, walk-in incubators, deep freezers, LAFUS, DPBS, GCS, biosafety cabinets, industrial refigerators, LSSUs, chillers, and hot water generation systems.
• Preventative maintenance for cold rooms and walk-in incubators (both cold and hot)
• BMS and EMS operations, including alarm handling with GMP documentation
• Preventive and operational maintenance for HVAC Chillers
• Preventive maintenance and operation of AHUS, DAUS, VAUS, EFFs, and RCUS
• Perform preventive maintenance while simultaneously updating log books and GCRs

2. Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive - Production Formulations (Injectable/Vaccine)

Qualification: Diploma / B. Sc. / ITI

Experience: 1 to 10 years

Skills:

• Blending: Operating and maintaining autoclaves, blending vessels, and CIP/SIP skids.
• Filling: Managing equipment for vial washing, tunnel sterilization, filling, and capping.
• Packing & Labelling: Handling Vial Labelling Machines, VVM dot Machines, and Track and Trace systems.
