1) Designation: Internal Audit Head (Plant)

Location: Saykha GIDC, Bharuch

Department: Audit & Assurance

Industry: Chemicals Manufacturing

Qualification: CA experience in manufacturing industry (preferably Chemicals)

Experience:

Minimum 4-7 Years in any manufacturing plants.

JOB PROFILE - (AT PLANT LEVEL)

Supervise System Control & Business process and ensure that internal control systems are effectives.

Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, Objectives.

Execute Internal plant Audit independently, compliance and audit of procurements with applicable tax laws with management policies.

Make recommendations & resolving audit findings.

MIS of Capex & Repairs, production, Inventory etc. Collaborate with the factory management team.

Expected to have core accounting knowledge, analytical skill, assess risk, data interpretation, and to have an excellent command in MS office (Particularly Excel).

Co-ordination with head office accounts team for capitalization and classification of Plant Asset.

Proactive, Decision Making and having Good Communication Skills

Experience: Minimum 3-7 Years in any manufacturing plants.

JOB PROFILE-(AT PLANT LEVEL)

Assist Head - Internal Audit to conduct Audits

Knowledge of accounting and experience in conducting independent Verification and Checking of Invoices, internal Controls, Transactions, Physical Inventory, etc.

Knowledge of various Acts and Laws such as Income Tax, GST, and HR related laws and other commercial laws and accounting and auditing standards.

A proactive problem-solving and result oriented approach
