Responsibilities:
- Perform all operations in clean room area in accordance to established SOPs /Protocols/any cGMP document and capture the data in relevant documents as per Good documentation practices.
- Ensure that the entries are recorded in the relevant documents as and when the activities are performed.
- Manufacturing the products as per approved batch production records, Equipment cleaning records and filling, e-BPR, e-BCR, and submit the BPR to QA in time.
- Report the process/system deviations to QA through a relevant document and to involve, investigate and implement the corrective actions
