Experience : 5 to 15 years in a CRO-reputed pharmaceutical company with synthesis experience.
Qualifications: PhD & Post Doctorate
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of chemists.
- Prepare weekly updates for ongoing projects and communicate with clients.
- Synthesize, purify, and characterize novel chemical compounds.
- Conduct literature searches for synthetic routes of compounds.
- Coordinate with analytical laboratories and other cross-functional departments.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory safety standards.
- Participate in SOP training and departmental training sessions.
- Manage laboratory resources, including solvents, standards, and reagents.
- Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
