Position: Executive - QMS (Quality Management System)
Location: Poicha (Rania), Vadodara
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage processes related to Change Control, Deviations, Incidents, Investigations, and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Compile and analyze monthly trends for Relative Humidity (RH) and Differential Pressure data specific to the Vial Filling Line
- Conduct and oversee Internal Audits (Self-Inspections) to ensure compliance
- Contribute to Audit Compliance activities and follow-up actions
- Supervise record management for Visual Inspectors and Label Checkers
- Organize and deliver training sessions on quality management systems for employees
