Qualifications: M.sc/M.Pharma
Experience: 12 years of experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily QC and microbiology operations, ensuring CGMP and regulatory compliance.
- Manage quality systems to maintain product standards and safety.
- Lead audits, inspections, and investigations for compliance and improvement.
- Approve or reject raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry regulations.
- Mentor and lead the QC team, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI, etc.).
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Champion data integrity, training, and problem-solving in QC.
Skills:
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Current Good Laboratory Practices (CGLP).
- Extensive experience in regulatory inspections, audits, and certifications.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in fostering innovation and driving process improvements in quality control.
