Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Education: BSc / MSc – Chemistry
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the calibration and validation of testing equipment and processes that impact product quality.
2. Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) within the laboratory.
3. Establish and implement all quality procedures and systems in compliance with international standards.
4. Identify and document any issues related to the quality system and report performance to top management.
5. Oversee the processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions are resolved.
6. Conduct internal audits of respective departments, ensuring coordination with other internal auditors and auditees.
7. Develop and maintain the quality system, providing regular reports to management for review.
