Position: Department Head (Process Engineering)
Function: Quality and Technical Services
Experience: 15-18 years of experience in a Chemical, Petrochemical, or Agrochemical Manufacturing Unit.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Management of Change (MOC) initiatives, including reviewing, designing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance reliability improvements.
- Oversee energy audits conducted by external parties and ensure effective implementation at the site.
- Develop and manage annual budgets in alignment with various CAPEX schemes and customer needs.
- Drive manufacturing excellence in the areas of productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety (PQCDSM).
