Designations: EA (Associate), E0 (Jr. Officer), E1 (Officer)

Education Requirements:

• Quality Control (API / FML): B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B. Pharma

• Quality Control (MICRO): M.Sc (Microbiology)

• Quality Control (LCMS & GCMS): B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B. Pharma

Experience Requirements:

• Quality Control (API / FML): 2 to 7 years

• Quality Control (MICRO): 2 to 7 years

• Quality Control (LCMS & GCMS): 2 to 7 years

Job Descriptions:

1) Quality Control (API / FML):

1. Awareness in Sampling and testing of RM/Excipients

2. Experiences in HPLC/GC/IR/UV/Dissolution/Karl Fischer/Potentiometric titrations/KF/PSD by Malvern

3. Awareness on current Data Integrity requirements & Good knowledge in handling OOS/OOT/Deviations and QMS (CAPA, CCP etc.)/LIMS Software

2) Quality Control (MICRO):

1. Shall have knowledge on handling OSD & API

2. Shall be able to perform MLT analysis, Culture maintenance, and handling pathogens, EM Monitoring

3. Shall be able to carry out CGMP, Data Integrity, LIMS

4. Shall be able to handle QMS (CAPA, CCP etc.)

5. Shall have handling of experience on Micro method validation

3) Quality Control (LCMS & GCMS):

1. Hands-on experience in handling LCMS & GCMS

2. Ability to troubleshoot while working on LC/GC-MS

3. Strong knowledge in working with Nitrosamines/Extractable & leachable impurities/OSD & API’s Calibration experience

• E1 (Officer) / E2 (Executive)
