1) Position: Executive Utility
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 04 + years in chemical plant
An experience of 2-3 years in operation & maintenance of core utility dept.
like refrigeration system o Celsius brine / chilled water system
(Reciprocating & Screw type), air compressor (Screw / Reciprocating type) & air dryer system, N2 plant, Cooling tower, Boiler & pumps etc.
Location: Surat
1. Responsible for operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of Utility equipment.
2. Air compressor system like Atlas / Kaeser make screw compressor, reciprocation type air compressor & N2 plant.
3. Cooling tower, Boiler, Air dryer, Breathing air system, pumps.
4. Monitoring log sheet of utility equipment's & analysis of parameter.
5.PM compliance of equipment.
6. Performing conditioning monitoring activities i.e. vibration analysis, alignment work, thickness testing of equipment etc.
7. Conducting AMC visit of utility system & time to time overhauling of system.
8. Maintaining critical spares of equipment, raising PR & follow up with vendor
2) Executive Mechanical Maintenance
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 04 + years in chemical plant
Location: Surat
1. Daily plant rounds to be taken, especially around the rotary equipment in SP11,ROS,PP,R&D.
2. Daily job planning and allocation of jobs as per priority. And should keep trace on the jobs.
3. Responsible for execution of planned/scheduled preventive maintenance & annual shut.
4. Able to address breakdown maintenance with effective solution.
5. Engineering spares issuance,planning & procurement.
6. Manpower management including contractor manpower.
7. Able to carry out issuance and compliance of the points mentioned in the safety permit systems before execution of any job.
8. Able to carry out maintenance related operations in safe and environment friendly manner.
9. To maintain daily documentations and records as per ISO 9000, 14000 & OHSAS
