Position: Manager – IT Security (OT)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Qualifications: B.Tech. | B.E. | M.C.A.

Experience: 8–10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Control System Architecture Reviews

• Perform OT Security Vulnerability and Risk Assessments

• Deliver Security Awareness Training programs

• Ensure compliance with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, COBIT, and OTCC frameworks

• Report on Security Findings and recommend improvements

• Implement Security Countermeasures using tools like Claroty, Nozomi, OPSWAT, Tenable, Fortinet, and Palo Alto

• Assess and implement Product Security measures

• Develop Policies and Procedures in line with IEC 62443 standards

• Manage ICS Incident Response and Endpoint Security

• Build and lead teams of ICS and Cybersecurity professionals

• Conduct Market Research and develop partnerships with solution providers

• Oversee Project Planning, Management, and Auditing

• Drive Business Development and provide Service Consulting

Preferred Certifications:

• ISA/IEC 62443 – Cybersecurity Expert

• ISA/IEC 62443 – Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist (CFS)

• ISA/IEC 62443 – Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Specialist (CRAS)

• ISA/IEC 62443 – Cybersecurity Design Specialist (CDS)

• ISA/IEC 62443 – Cybersecurity Maintenance Specialist (CMS)
