Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product quality and efficiency by adhering to cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Initiate batches and monitor production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and specifications.
- Calibrate balances and other critical instruments for accurate measurements.
- Review Batch Records (BR), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and validation protocols for accuracy.
- Collaborate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and address challenges.
- Prepare and maintain precise production documentation and reports.
- Re-Packing Area Specialization:
- Pharmaceutical API powder processing.
- Proficiency in micronization, sifting, milling, compaction, and blending.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in the API Production industry.
Skill: Strong understanding of GMP, documentation review, troubleshooting, and team collaboration.
