Position: Jr. Officer (Engineering) Qualification Required: D.E.E / D.M.E Experience: 2 - 4 years in pharmaceutical
Key Responsibilities: Candidates should have experience in the following areas:
Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pharmaceutical plant machinery, including:
Ointment tube filling machines
Liquid filling, labeling with OCR systems
Packaging equipment (cartoners, check-weighing machines, blister/strip packing machines)
Maintenance of manufacturing machines like:
Ointment manufacturing vessels, bottom entry agitators, RMGs, FBDs, compression machines
Auxiliary machines like metal detectors, de-dusters, counting machines, and slat conveyor belts
Basic knowledge of utilities like boilers and AHU systems is preferable
Recording and executing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks
Diagnosing equipment malfunctions effectively
