Role: Senior Research Associate - In-Vitro ADME
Business: Piramal Discovery Solutions Location: Ahmedabad, India
Department: In-vitro ADME
Qualification: M.Sc. (Biotechnology, Biochemistry), M. Pharma (Pharmacology, Biochemistry)
Experience: 1 - 5 years in CRO industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Skilled in in-vitro assays, including plasma protein binding, drug metabolism, and transporter studies.
- Proficient in CYP studies (induction, inhibition, phenotyping, enzyme kinetics, metabolite profiling, TDI) with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experienced in drug transporter sciences, conducting substrate/inhibitor studies in recombinant cell lines or hepatocytes.
- Hands-on expertise in cell culture and permeability studies (Caco-2, MDCK, LLC-PK1, MDR1).
- Highly independent and productive, with the ability to manage multiple research projects efficiently.
- Strong initiative in ADME technologies, driving meaningful investigations for R&D programs.
- Demonstrates Piramal Success Factors, including Displaying Humility, while fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Knowledgeable in PROTAC and ADC chemistry assays.
