A)QC (Micro)

1)Sr. Officer

Educational Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc Microbiology

Professional Experience: 4 to 6 years in an Injectable Plant with experience in EM, Water and RM, MLT Analysis, BET Analysis, Bioassay Analysis, etc.

2)Officer

Educational Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc

Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years, with knowledge of raw material analysis, finished product analysis, qualification & calibration of laboratory instruments, SOP preparation, change control, deviation management, and knowledge of LIMS, DMS, and QMS.

B)QC (Chemical)

1)Executive

Educational Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Professional Experience: 6 to 8 years, with knowledge of analytical method validation, pharmacopoeia review, SOP preparation, change control, deviation & investigation, raw material and finished product analysis, and QC sample analysis documentation in LIMS.

C)QA (IPQA)

1)Officer

Educational Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years in a Pharmaceutical Company in Parental, responsible for line clearance activity, in-process checks, sampling, finished product checking, process validation, and media fill simulation.

D)QA (DMS)

1)Officer

Educational Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M. Sc

Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years in SOP Management, Artwork Management, Document Management, issuance retrieval & archival, and APQR preparation.

E)Production

1)Attendant / Associates

Educational Qualification: ITI / HSC

Professional Experience: Freshers / 1-2 years as a Machine Operator. Or a minimum of 2 years in handling terminal autoclave, equipment autoclave, garment washing, & garment drying.

2)Officer

Educational Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years in an Injectable Plant, familiar with 21 CFR equipment handling, autoclave, filling machine, washing machine, isolator cleaning, VHP, Glove integrity test, aseptic intervention, online documentation like BMR, Logbook with a sense of data integrity, good communication skills.

Additional Details:

• 3 to 4 years in an Injectable Plant with filling activity, manufacturing, dispensing and filtration activity, equipment & terminal sterilization, knowledge of GMP & GDP.
• 1 to 2 years in batch manufacturing, supervision of areas like ampoule washing, filling, autoclaving, performing dispensing activity, making entries in BMR & logbook, and handling manpower in shifts.
