Position 1: Field Executive – Process
Education Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc in Chemistry
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Follow daily production plans and adhere to defined procedures.
- Operate production equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor equipment conditions and maintain safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Shift/Plant In-Charge and participate in efficiency-improvement initiatives like DWM and 5S.
Position 2: DCS Executive – Process
Education Qualification: B.E. Chemical or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor process parameters and communicate abnormalities.
- Supervise operations to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate production records, including stock and quality details.
- Conduct regular checks and ensure compliance with 5S and safety standards.
Position 3: Shift Leader – Process
Education Qualification: B.E. Chemical or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Experience Required: 5 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage production shifts to ensure optimal productivity.
- Lead and supervise the production team while troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain records, oversee equipment inspections, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce company policies, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.
