We have urgent requirement  for the Post of Shift Executive,  Operator, Electrician and Instrument Technician at Meghmani Industries Ltd Unit 2

Work Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad 

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech./B.sc, M.sc, and ITI course for Electrician and Instrument

Experience: 2 to 4 years 

1) Position: Shift Executive 

Shift executive job role:- 

To manage overall Plant operations with DCS in shift.

Reporting of overall shift report to plant head

To follow safety procedure  and document filling like BMR/LOGSHEETS

Knowledge of reactor/scrubber/Distillation/Phosgenation reaction.

Management of Manpower(Operator/contract helper) in overall shift.

To Follow Safety procedure in plant operations.

2) Position: Plant operator 

job role:- 

To manage Plant operations in field with contract worker in shift.

Reporting of overall shift report to shift incharge.

To follow safety procedure  and document filling LOGSHEETS.

Knowledge of operating reactor/scrubber/Distillation/Phosgenation reaction.

Knowledge of Basic Safety of Plant operations.

3) Position: Electrician

Job role:-

Maintaining proper house keeping 

Breakdown maintenance

Preventive maintenance

Daily Energy Consumption Reading

To ensure that all employees are aware of the aspect and impacts & HIRA and are working in the same direction to reduce the load on the environment.

Responsible to create awareness of aspects, OHS Hazards, impacts and risks throughout the organization.

Authorize to take corrective and preventive actions on any non–compliance.

Overall responsible for the control on monitoring and measuring devices

Responsible for calibration of the instruments used for monitoring and measuring

4) Instrument Technician

job role:-

Maintaining proper house keeping

Breakdown maintenance

Preventive maintenance

All Instrument Calibration as per Schedule

Loop Checking from Instrument to Control Panel

Maintenance Of Intercom assets all plant & admin

Maintenance Of Weigh Bridge and Weight Balance

Control Valve Repairing & Servicing.
